Description

4 Court is an interactive team-based football training mode that combines competition, teamwork and technical skill in a fast-paced match environment. Two teams compete to win possession, create attacking opportunities and strike the opposing team's illuminated target while defending their own.

Designed to encourage communication, movement and decision-making, 4 Court transforms technical football training into an exciting competitive challenge.

How to Play

Objective

Work as a team to hit the opposing team's illuminated target while defending your own. Win the most rounds to win the game.

Targets

🔵 Blue Target — Team A Goal

🔴 Red Target — Team B Goal

Gameplay

Launch 4 Court from the ESA App.
Select the number of rounds and round duration.
Divide players into two teams.
At the start of each round, compete to gain possession.
Pass, move and combine with teammates to create an opportunity to hit the opposing team's target.
Defend your own target while attempting to regain possession.
The team that wins the required number of rounds wins the match.

Coach Tip

Encourage constant communication, quick passing and intelligent movement off the ball. Successful teams combine technical quality with strong teamwork and effective defensive organisation.

Game Ends

The game ends when one team wins the selected number of rounds.
