1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the hire, sale, delivery, installation and use of Acura Elite football equipment and related services.
By making a booking, placing an order, accepting a quote, paying an invoice, using our website or using Acura Elite equipment, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
“Acura Elite”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Acura Elite.
“Customer”, “you” or “your” means the person, company, venue, event organiser, agency, school, football club or organisation booking, hiring or purchasing equipment.
“Equipment” means football arenas, reaction panels, training systems, electronic components, accessories, balls, barriers, branding, cabling, screens, sensors and related items supplied by Acura Elite.
“Event” means the activity, venue, hire period, activation, training session, festival, matchday, private function or other occasion for which equipment is supplied.
3. Quotes and bookings
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A booking is only confirmed when:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where we believe the site, event, customer, staffing, weather, safety arrangements or proposed use creates an unacceptable risk.
4. Hire period
The hire period will be stated in the quote or booking confirmation.
The customer must not use the equipment outside the agreed hire period without our written consent.
Late return, extended use or delayed collection caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

The equipment must only be used in accordance with our instructions, safety rules and any verbal or written guidance provided by Acura Elite.

12. Children and vulnerable users
Where children or vulnerable users are involved, the customer must provide suitable safeguarding, adult supervision and age-appropriate control measures.
Acura Elite does not accept responsibility for supervision of children unless we have expressly agreed in writing to provide staffed supervision as part of the booking.
12.1. Safeguarding and Children’s Participation Policy
Acura Elite equipment may be used by children at schools, clubs, holiday parks, community venues and events.
The customer, school, club, venue or event organiser is responsible for:
Acura Elite staff are not responsible for childcare, safeguarding supervision or behavioural management unless expressly agreed in writing.
13. Staffing
Where Acura Elite staff are present, they may assist with setup, operation, guidance and safety instructions.
However, unless expressly agreed in writing, the customer remains responsible for event management, crowd control, participant behaviour and general site safety.
14. Damage, loss or theft
The customer is responsible for loss, theft or damage to equipment during the hire period, except where caused by Acura Elite’s negligence.
The customer must pay the cost of repair or replacement for damage caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, unauthorised movement, poor site conditions or failure to follow instructions.
15. Weather and outdoor use
Outdoor use is subject to weather and ground conditions.
We may suspend or cancel use in cases of:
The customer must not operate the equipment in unsafe weather conditions.
16. Insurance
The customer must hold appropriate insurance for the event, venue, staff, participants and public liability.
Acura Elite will maintain insurance appropriate to its own business operations. Evidence may be provided on request.
The customer should check with its insurer that use of hired sports, leisure or interactive equipment is covered.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, Acura Elite is not responsible for:
For business customers, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid or payable for the relevant booking or purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
18. Sales of equipment
Where equipment is sold, ownership passes only when payment has been received in full.
Risk in the equipment may pass on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
The customer is responsible for safe installation, use, maintenance, storage, inspection and operation unless Acura Elite has expressly agreed to provide ongoing support.
19. Maintenance and inspection
For purchased equipment, the customer must follow all maintenance, inspection and operating guidance.
The customer must not modify, repair, move, dismantle or alter equipment unless authorised by Acura Elite.
Any fault must be reported promptly.
20. Intellectual property
All Acura Elite branding, designs, content, photographs, videos, website copy, logos and equipment concepts remain owned by Acura Elite or its licensors.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify or use Acura Elite intellectual property without written permission.
21. Photography and promotion
We may request permission to photograph or film equipment at events for marketing purposes.
The customer must ensure that any necessary participant, staff, parent, guardian or venue permissions are obtained before content is shared with us or approved for publication.
22. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, power failure, venue closure, strikes, illness, public emergency, government restrictions or supplier failure.

24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise stated.
The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
