Description

Knockout is designed to develop speed, agility and reaction through competitive time-based gameplay. Players must eliminate every active target in the shortest possible time, rewarding explosive movement, fast decision-making and technical accuracy.

Unlike score-based game modes, every second counts. The faster each target is cleared, the better the final time. Players are encouraged to react instantly, move efficiently and maintain consistency throughout the session.

Whether used for individual challenges, academy coaching or competitive team training, Knockout creates an exciting environment that develops both physical and technical performance.

Hit every illuminated target in the fastest possible time.

Targets

🔵 Blue Targets — Hit every target to complete the game.

Gameplay

Launch Knockout in the ESA App.
Select the game settings.
Wait for the countdown.
React immediately to each illuminated target.
Continue until every target has been eliminated.
Your completion time becomes your final score.

Coach Tip

Explode into every movement while maintaining control. Smooth footwork and efficient positioning will often produce a faster overall time than rushing individual actions.

Game Ends

The game ends when all illuminated targets have been successfully completed.
