How to Play

Objective

Score as many points as possible before the timer expires.

Target Values

🟢 Green Target – 3 Points

🔵 Blue Target – 1 Point

🔴 Red Target – Lose 1 Point

Gameplay

1. Launch Maestro Pro from the ESA App.
2. Select your session duration.
3. Stand in the starting position with a football.
4. Wait for the countdown.
5. Pass accurately into the illuminated target.
6. Be prepared for the active targets to relocate throughout the session.
7. Continuously scan, reposition and react to the changing layout.
8. Continue until the timer expires.
9. Review your final score and performance.

Coach Tip

Keep scanning throughout the session rather than focusing on a single target. Anticipating movement and adjusting your position early will improve both passing accuracy and reaction speed.

Game Ends

The game ends when the selected session time expires.
