How to Play

Objective

Create three targets of your team’s colour in a row, column or diagonal before the opposition does.

Target Values

🔵 Blue Targets — Team A
🔴 Red Targets — Team B

Gameplay

1. Launch Noughts & Crosses from the ESA App.
2. Divide players into two teams.
3. Assign each team a colour.
4. Take turns or compete to hit the target panels.
5. Use accurate passes to add your colour, remove your own colour or remove the opposition’s colour.
6. Work as a team to create three of your colour in a row, column or diagonal.
7. The first team to complete the pattern wins.

Coach Tip

Encourage players to scan the whole grid before passing. The best choice is not always the nearest target — sometimes blocking the opposition is just as important as scoring your own colour.

Game Ends

The game ends when one team successfully creates three targets of the same colour in a row, column or diagonal.
