Troubleshooting
Having trouble connecting?
If the Precision Wall WiFi network does not appear immediately, allow up to 2 minutes for it to become visible.
Make sure your device is connected to the Precision Wall WiFi before attempting to access the FrontPanel or Teltonika interface.
If you need to connect the Precision Wall to a local internet network, connect to the product WiFi and open 10.110.110.1 in your browser. Log in using the supplied Teltonika credentials, then go to Network → Wireless and scan for the local WiFi network you want to use.
If you experience a problem with the equipment itself, do not attempt to manually repair it. Contact support for assistance.
That last point is particularly important because the supplied guide explicitly tells customers not to attempt to manually fix equipment faults.
